Kentucky Services Industry Left Out Tax Base in 1960

Since 1994 KY lawmakers spent more tax dollar than state collected. Their own Long Term Policy group, they eventually cut off funding, apprised them in 1994! Yet, today, in 2020, KY has estimated $13.8 billion total of state tax expenditures that should be "cut"! + there's estimated $44.7 billion total of taxing jurisdictions exemptions that automatically reduce any passed biennium budget. This practice should stop, NOW!
